Mobile banking changed how Bangladesh moves money. From paying a rickshaw puller to sending money to a cousin in Sylhet, a phone wallet is often the first choice. So it is natural to want to use one with Mostplay. We could not confirm which mobile banking options the Mostplay cashier offers, because it is only visible after login. This page explains how these services generally work, what to look for in the cashier, and how to protect your wallet.
Mobile financial services in Bangladesh
The short answer: they are phone-based accounts linked to your mobile number, used for sending, receiving and paying. The best known include bKash, Nagad and Rocket, each with its own app and USSD menu. Accounts are tied to your national ID, which is why the name on your wallet matters when you move money anywhere.
This is general background. It is not a statement that any of these services is available on Mostplay.
| Feature | How it generally works |
|---|---|
| Account | Linked to your phone number and national ID |
| Access | App or USSD dial code on any phone |
| Security | PIN and one-time codes, which only you should see |
| Limits | Set by the wallet provider as well as by any site |
Checking the Mostplay cashier
Log in on Mostplay and open the cashier. The deposit and withdrawal sections list the methods currently available to your account. Each one should show minimums, maximums and any notes. If a wallet you use is not listed, pick another listed method or ask Mostplay support whether it is planned; do not route money through third parties.
Our bKash page covers the most common question in more detail, and the deposit guide explains the full cashier flow.
Protecting your wallet
The short answer: your PIN never leaves your phone. Every legitimate payment is approved inside your own wallet app or menu. Anyone asking you to read out a code, or offering to deposit for you if you send money to their personal number, is a risk.
- Approve payments only inside your own wallet app
- Check the amount and recipient before confirming
- Keep a screenshot of the confirmation with its transaction ID
- Use a wallet in your own name so withdrawals match your account
When something goes wrong
If a wallet payment leaves your account but does not arrive in your Mostplay balance, collect the transaction ID, amount and time and contact Mostplay support. Our deposit not received guide explains the usual causes. Remember that wallet providers have their own limits too, which can block a payment before it reaches any site.
